I have a neighbor who used to rent a condo in our four-flat.  She has recently learned that the offer she made to the owner of the condo has been accepted.  The owner has decided to sell because she no longer wants to keep tabs on her condo from long distance.  She got a job out of state and has been gone for four years now.  My neighbor, Emily, is very happy that she is going to be buying her very own first home.  I am happy too.  She is a very nice young lady, and has the most loving, tight knit family.  She has a niece who is getting recipes together for publishing an old fashioned cookbook when she gets old enough.  She has another niece who collects t-shirts of sports teams.  She let her sister wear the Detroit Pistons t-shirt because she had two of the same kind.  She says she is going to get her brother to put up a website so she can sell them.  She is at the moment saving for a camera that will work for taking pictures and downloading to the internet.  She is going to be a while saving the money though, because she only gets a really small allowance.
