I chose the Atlanta bankruptcy attorney that I did for a number of reasons.  First, he’s been practicing this type of law for more than twenty five years so he knows just about everything there is to know about consumer bankruptcy law.  Second, he’s a member of the community in which he works.  He’s lived in an Atlanta suburb all of his life so he has a good understanding of the wants and needs of the people from this area and he’s able to structure his cases in such a manor that he accommodates those needs.  Third, and in my opinion most important, is that his firm consists of himself and his wife, who acts as his secretary and paralegal.  This means that if he takes on your claim that he will handle your case, every aspect of it from beginning to end will get his attention and expertise.  There won’t be anything that gets missed or overlooked because there is an inexperienced second year law student working for minimum wage handling the particulars as you’ll find in many large firms that take on too many cases.  I feel much more confident with him on my side than I would if I have a multi-million dollar firm working for me.
