FAMILY REUNION

My family had a reunion this Sunday that I barely made it in time to. I had to drive across three states to get there in my piece of junk car. About half way into the journey, a light hint of smoke started gradually leaking out from under the hood. I pulled over and popped the hood to check out the engine, but nothing seemed to be wrong. About thirty miles later, the car randomly just stopped. I got out and saw that I was stopped right by the local employment agency. I was actually a few hours ahead of schedule, so I figured that I might as well go in and try and find a job, although it was unlikely that I would find one due to my lack of experience; I finished college just two months ago. In fact, the reason that I was driving this junky car was because I had no money and no job after having to pay for college. To my surprise, the people at the employment agency found a job for me: I was going to be a typist for a small, local business. I majored in English and creative writing, so I know how to type both fast and well. To even greater surprise, I only have to drive about ten miles to get to this job from my apartment.
